Whether it's a clothing item you want to wear a few times, a gadget you want to test in different situations, or a gift you're not sure the recipient will love — 60 days gives you the flexibility to make the right decision without feeling rushed.
If you're approaching the 60-day mark and aren't sure yet, we recommend reaching out sooner rather than later. As long as you contact us within the 60-day window, you're covered — even if the actual return shipment takes a few more days to reach us. We're flexible and reasonable, and we'll always work with you to find a fair solution.

It means that if you need to send something back, you pay absolutely nothing. No return shipping charges. No restocking fees. No hidden costs of any kind. The full amount you paid is refunded to you, 100 cents on the dollar.
We're able to offer free returns because we've optimized our logistics and built strong partnerships with shipping carriers. It also helps that our return rate is relatively low — a testament to the quality of our products and the accuracy of our product descriptions. Fourth, pack the item securely in its original packaging (or any sturdy packaging if the original is no longer available). Make sure all parts, accessories, tags, and documentation that came with the product are included. Fifth, affix the shipping label to the outside of the package and remove any old labels or barcodes. Sixth, drop off the package at the designated carrier location or schedule a pickup. Finally, wait for your refund — it will be processed within 5-10 business days of us receiving the item.
When your return arrives at our facility, it goes through a quick inspection process. Our team checks that the item is in good condition and that everything that was originally sent is included. This is usually a quick process — we're not looking for tiny flaws or reasons to deny a refund. As long as the item is in reasonably good condition and all parts are there, the refund is approved.

If it was sold by Olukai and it's not in one of the non-returnable categories below, you can send it back for a full refund.
Items that cannot be returned include: custom or personalized products made specifically for you, intimate apparel and swimwear (for hygiene reasons), downloadable digital products (once accessed or downloaded), and items that have been damaged or altered by the customer beyond normal wear from testing. We also reserve the right to refuse returns that appear to be fraudulent or abusive. These cases are extremely rare, and we approach every return with good faith and a customer-first attitude.
Not quite what you wanted, but you don't necessarily want your money back? We offer exchanges and replacements too. Whether you need to swap for a different size, a different color, or even a completely different product, we can help make it happen. The exchange process is similar to a return, and it's just as customer-friendly.
For exchanges of the same product in a different size or color, return shipping is free and we send the replacement at no extra shipping cost. For exchanges to a different product entirely, the same applies — just pay or receive the difference in price. If the item you want to exchange for is out of stock, we'll offer alternatives or process a full refund. Whatever works best for you works best for us.
